Martinsville
 On
October 11, 2009, a group of four Sisters, under the guidance of Sr.
Romilda Borges, S.D.V. officially started a new Vocationist community
and the Little Friends of Jesus Nursery School at 1881 Washington Valley
Road, Martinsville, NJ, located within the diocese of Metuchen. The
convent and the nursery school for ninety-four children were built on
4.68 acres of land. Both the convent and school were officially blessed
and dedicated on November
08, 2009 by the Bishop of the diocese of Metuchen, Most Reverend Paul
Bootkoski and Most Reverend Bishop Edgar da Cunha, S.D.V., Auxiliary
Bishop of Newark.
Besides working in the
Nursery
School,
the Sisters will dedicate themselves to the apostolate at the Blessed
Sacrament Church.
